It’s not unusual that employees just see their pension as deduction out of their monthly pay, often failing to appreciate its full value. We can deliver group workshops to help members make proactive decisions to improve their retirement outcomes. We also offer individual consultations, making advice accessible to anyone that needs it.

Our approach is personal and face to face rather than just an online service. We’ll help members get their pension set up right from the start, explain how the funds are invested and confirm contribution levels. We can also provide an ongoing annual programme of employee meetings to update progress and clarify any issues.

We’ll support you in educating your members to get a proper understanding of pensions. There may also be scheme members that need more personal, bespoke advice as they approach significant lifetime events. We can help with this too within a very competitive fee structure.

Corporate governance of your company pension scheme is designed to ensure best member outcomes in compliance with rigorous pension regulation and pensions best practice. Our governance work would comprise:

  • A formal, annual review of the market, looking at scheme charges and benchmarking of your scheme performance
  • Assessment of the on-going suitability of scheme default funds in relation to member demographics
  • Advising on payroll, HR and auto enrolment compliance
  • Review and feedback on member engagement
